In this Sintra AI review, we’ll thoroughly go through Sintra.AI, a platform offering AI employees to automate the different functions of a business.


We covered some pretty interesting topics the last two weeks. Like integrating AI in advertising processes, as well as using AI in broader marketing for businesses of different sizes.


Sintra AI was one of the many tools we discussed in those articles. We briefly outlined what it does and how it helps us do various tasks in our agency on autopilot.


Since then, we thought it was due a proper walkthrough and review.

Now that we know what Sintra AI is as a whole, let’s explore the different parts of the AI platform.


Although the core purpose is to make use of these AI employees, there are many other features that make Sintra AI so good.


Let’s explore it in more detail.


Dashboard

You can create up to 5 profiles on Sintra AI

This is where you kick off your ideas, chat with your AI employees, assign tasks, and more.


Your AI employees will share ideas with you here, as well as ask you guided questions that will help them better understand your business.


All of this happens in this dashboard.


If there’s a task you need any one of your Sintra AI bots to do, just type it in that text box, and you’ll get one of your AI employees working on it immediately.


Profiles

You can create up to 5 profiles in Sintra AI.


So, each profile can be used for a different business. Taking our agency as an example, we could create five profiles in Sintra for five of the brands we’re working with.


And each profile will have its own dedicated dashboard.


Assigning Tasks

You can assign tasks to your AI employees right from the dashboard.


Just type in what you need into the text box, and the bots will actually choose among themselves who’s going to help you with that specific task.


So you don't have to manually choose which helper you want to work with. It would automatically pick it based on your query. Pretty slick, right?


Or, you can simply choose the AI employee you need from the dashboard, and start working with them.

You can chat with Sintra AI bots like you do with ChatGPT

Either way, you will go into a chatroom where you chat with them like you would with any other AI chatbot, like ChatGPT, for example.


Brain AI

Next, we have Brain AI, which is a space in Sintra AI where you can feed information about your business to personalise your AI employees.


This is one way how Sintra AI bots will learn about your business. So the more you feed it, the smarter your AI employees will get over time. 


Automations

Sintra.AI can automatically post to social media

Right now, Sintra AI can automate three things:

  • Posting to social media.

  • Commenting on Facebook.

  • Daily summaries of your inbox, like Gmail.


With these three automations, you can automate about 80% of your social media efforts.


As you enable these automations, Sintra AI will automatically post approved content to your social media, reply to comments on your posts, and generate and share a summary of your inbox with you every day.


3 Best Features of Sintra AI

It’s time to look into the best features of Sintra.AI.


In this section, we’ll go through the three best features we think make this platform better than the other AI tools out there.

1. Brain AI

This is definitely (and easily) one of the great features in Sintra AI.

Sintra AI stores all information in its central hub called Brain AI

Just like how we humans store everything we know in our brain, the Brain AI in Sintra is basically like the central hub of all the information you feed it.


And just like our brain, you can expand the knowledge base in Sintra by feeding Brain AI more and more information.


You can add any files or text that can potentially teach the AI employees more about your business. With this info in their knowledge base, they’re able to work in a way that contextually fits your business.


Each profile has its own dedicated Brain AI. But the information in one profile’s Brain AI is accessible to all the Sintra AI bots in that profile.


2. Inbox Summary

Another feature we like is the inbox summary. 


Sintra AI gives you a key summary of:

  • All the emails you received.

  • The most important things to focus on.

  • Any calendar invites or events you've got coming up, etc.


It acts like your personal assistant who just summarises your day and what you can expect, delivering these key info to you every morning.


It’s very handy for someone who’s very busy with many messages and calendar invites coming in.


3. Proactivity

Sintra AI is trained on GPT, Claude, and Flux. But when we compare them, Sintra is a very proactive tool.


The other AI tools only work when you ask them to, right? You go in, type in a prompt, and they’ll answer. But it’s always you driving the conversation.


Sintra AI has a very unique approach here. It just proactively comes up with ideas and questions for you every day.


Every day, you’ll find each of your AI employees sharing a new marketing idea or asking a new question to understand your business better. It’s worth mentioning these questions are surprisingly on-point, as they’re based on the brain AI information we fed them previously.


You can choose to answer the questions or approve the idea. Or you can just skip them.


But the thing with questions is that the more you answer, the smarter they’ll get, and the more helpful they’ll become over time.


And the bots will start working on any approved ideas immediately, and they’ll send you a notification once it’s done. So most of the work after the approval gets done in the background without any more of your help.


It’s very helpful if you're looking for an AI tool that's proactive. It’s an amazing feeling too because you no longer have to ask AI to do things; it does things on its own.


And you get this feeling that your business is growing even when you're sleeping, and things are actually happening without your input, which is wonderful.


The 3 Limitations of Sintra AI

Nothing is ever perfect. That’s the same case with Sintra.AI.


While it’s got all these amazing features, not all of them are perfect. At least not just yet.


So, yes, it’s got some limitations too.


1. Bots Can’t Communicate With Each Other

The main limitation we found is the AI employees can’t communicate with each other. It’s a massive drawback since in a human team, that’s easily possible.


If you're having a conversation with one of the Sintra AI bot, and you want another AI employee to step in, or you want that bot to pass information to the other bot, they're unable to do that.


So you have to start an entirely new conversation and feed some context from the discussion you had with the other AI employee, which can get a bit frustrating fairly quickly.


2. Saving in Google Drive

As you ask Sintra AI to create something, like an ad campaign strategy for Spring 2025, you can also ask it to save that in a Google Doc.


It will actually save the document as a Google Doc in your Drive, which is super handy. But the drawback is that you can’t actually choose the folder you want it to be saved.


Sintra AI just saves the doc randomly in your Drive, so it usually falls inside your main general folder.


It can be a bit annoying because the time you saved by having the bot save it for you is then wasted by you having to go in and move the folder to where you want it.


3. Extreme Proactivity

This is kind of connected to the benefits.


Remember when we said the AI employees are very proactive and the ideas they suggest every day? That's great, but can sometimes be overwhelming, especially for someone who’s very busy.


If you get 10 new ideas every single day, you might feel a lot of FOMO from feeling like you’re not acting on every single one of those ideas.


It would be great if there’s a feature to change the frequency of the ideas or the number of ideas they suggest because it can feel overwhelming sometimes.

It does feel like the product still needs a bit of work. It doesn't feel like it's fully polished yet, and that's the reason why we’re not rating it a five for now.


We’re using it in our agency to automate many things. And these AI employees act much faster than real human employees, which is just very handy.


And we really love the productivity of it, them suggesting ideas, asking questions, and actively trying to learn more all the time.
